Drum shade for lamp or pendant, handmade in France in small series, in high quality cotton fabric from Morris&co.®.

In the inimitable style of William Morris, this shade enchants us with its vegetal motif of intertwined lilies and wildflowers and its luminous colours subtly combining blue, celadon green and orange terracotta.

This fabric is printed from the original archives of Morris&co., founded by William Morris the famous 19th century British designer, master of the Arts and Crafts movement and forerunner of the Art Nouveau style. It is based on a pattern designed by John Henry Dearle around 1897.

Note: the direction of the print changes for AJ Ø40 and AJ Ø50 sizes.

Details

Supplied as shade only. Will fit any E27 lampholder (or E14 with reduction ring). Can be completed with our pendant cable set.Bulb (not included): E27, MAX 18W, LED or CFL recommended.

Composition: 100% cotton fabric, PVC structure and white lacquered metal.
Easy cleaning: using a moistened sponge, light off, without rubbing the fabric..

Why aren't all the sizes available for the model you like?

If the fabric of the model has a pattern with a particular meaning, we cannot make large lampshades (generally D40 cm and D50 cm).



Lamp shade or pendant shade?

Most of our models are reversible, so can be used on a lamp stand or as a pendant.

However, fabrics with a pattern that has a particular meaning (a character, for example) are not reversible, so make sure you choose the right format: either lamp shade for a lamp base, or pendant shade for a hanging lamp.
